Feedback from young people, their families, commissioners, and partners is essential to Glowing Minds’ continuous improvement. Our staff are trained to actively listen to young people’s perspectives and act on their feedback.

Glowing Minds staff are trained in using the evidence-based Outcomes Star™ system. This tool not only tracks progress for reporting to the Local Authority but also empowers young people to actively participate in recording their achievements. This collaborative approach fosters ownership and accuracy.

Glowing Minds employs a robust quality assurance framework. Key performance indicators are established during service initiation and tracked on our secure Case Management System alongside detailed service delivery data. Our IT systems adhere to stringent Cyber Essentials Plus security standards.

Our adaptable database allows for tailored reporting at both individual and organizational levels. We create custom dashboards to provide real-time insights into service performance, enabling us to measure outcomes effectively. Regular monitoring and comprehensive reporting inform senior management decisions.
